Exit Polls: AR Boozman (R) Defeats Licoln (D), WI: Johnson (R) defeats Feingold (D), OH: Portman (R) defeats Fisher (D)
Just like Nancy Pelosi said, this is going to be a great day for the Democrats.
Kasich?
It’s a good news, but none of these was a toss up. It’s great, though, to see that one of DU’s favorite senator, Feingold, has been defeated.
I just pray that they don’t screw up the exit polls like they did in 2000. They were saying Al Gore was going to win and President Bush went on to win.
our dream of finally being rid of Feingold after 18 LONGGGGG years may come true!!!!!
Buh bye, Russ. Please remove the contents of your desk, clear out your office, and don’t forget to turn the lights out on your way out the door. Sweet.
Kerry ( who served in Vietnam ) thought he won based on exit polling . It mean nothing until the final count .
Oh yeah Kerry they guy who said that the military people were stupid. Man I am so glad we dodged that bullet.
Way to go, Wisconsin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
IIRC, it has been shown that Democrats are more likely than Republicans to be included in the exit polls. Probably in part because many Republicans used to go out of their way, to avoid being polled. Maybe this has changed now; or maybe the exit polls continue to underestimate Republican voters. Either way, the actual percentage of “(D)” votes shouldn’t be greater than the exit polls indicate.
Wonderful!
We’ll have to see how the IND House races go that every one’s watching. No surprises so far.
BEWARE that fox has some bogus exit polling (13,000) respondents. It is all dim spin on Tea Party effectiveness and a referendum on obama. Their saudi overlords demanded some propaganda... let the vote speak against the lies!
LLS
Just got done casting my vote for Walker, Johnson, et al here in NW Milwaukee. Was about a 10 minute wait before I got to the table to get my ballot. While not checking ID’s, the poll workers did seem pretty thorough about verifyi8ng names and addresses. Everyone was patiently waiting in line and saw no evidence of any kind of shenanigans, which I have no idea about the rest of the city. Shaping up to be a great night here in WI!
Every time democrat Ioses, another angel gets it’s wings.
My favorite part was when his staff learned Kerry was leading in the exit polls and they started calling him “MR. PRESIDENT”...BAWHAHAHHA...oh how I wish I was a fly on the wall to have seen his long face get even longer when his staff brought him the news that he lost to W!! HOW SWEET IT WAS!!
I’m not going to get sucked into celebrating exit polls... but it does sound sweet. :-)
HEAR HEAR!!
Buh-BYE, Russie!
