Qualls says there was a miscommunication over the ad - but does confirm the matter has been resolved and the ad is airing. He does note the times in the campaign statement are off, stating the ad ran at 3 p.m. ET Monday and is now scheduled to run again at 11:30 pm Monday and on Tuesday at 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 3 p.m., and 6 p.m. ET.
Read the O'Donnell campaign's statement:
"The half-hour long special from the O'Donnell campaign was not aired as scheduled on Sunday night and Monday morning. Delaware 28 Executive Producer Tim Qualls explained to the campaign that he was out of the area for the weekend because of a family illness, and was apparently unaware of the campaign's transaction last Friday between a local third-party buyer and Channel 28 employees.
"Mr. Qualls is being incredibly cooperative now that he finally understands the situation, and we cannot thank him enough for helping us get Christine's message out to the voters of Delaware. We are sincerely sorry for any misunderstanding that has transpired and that may have added stress to his family situation.

Damn...I can smell that bullsh*t all the way up the coast here in the ‘Corrupt Bastards’ Capitol of America; New England. Check out the other threads where Qualls performs a metaphorical ‘Lewinsky’ on Coons...ye gads.
I'm sure Mittens appreciates you taking one for the team...
This is about an ad from a candidate named Christine O’Donnell and no one else, so stop with your childish comments.
The problem with the ad was there was no “big bang” so to speak or no Reagan optimism at the end.
The amazing thing is that probably a lot more people will see this now.
Who would watch channel 28 or whatever without this?
Now people will want to check it out.
I love this line.
True, but every bit helps, and it is a full half-hour.
Heck, probably local news will pick up some clips from the show they otherwise wouldn’t show.
I hope these dirty tricks will also gain her supporters.

bump!
Timing is everything in campaigns. This was done on purpose and they hosed her campaign when they didn’t air the spot when they agreed to.
She should sue the pants off these guys and put them off the air and make the county finance her next campaign with the damages she should get.
bttt
Mittens = Kennedy = Kerry = Weld = Massh*les = Studds = Frank...are you from New England? Your elitist attitude sure reminds me of one...Reagan would have rejected your pessimism re: O’Donnell...11th Commandment, and all that...
Ask yourself this question:
How long is a human being capable of listening to sad music?
At some point, it’s got to end.
Wow! That is a terrific ad! Made me wistful, seeing America through the eyes of the people of Delaware farmers and small businesspersons. Made me hopeful, seeing what Christine O’Donnell wants to accomplish for her state. I’m praying that she is victorious tomorrow!
Conservatives in Massachusetts have been listening to sad music for years and years and years...they’re still optimists. No wonder Kasich is running such a moribund campaign...poor guy.
We were? I thought we were discussing childish comments and sad music.
Have you seen the ad? It's very well done...lots of the conservative Freepers here seem to like it quite a bit. I agree.
They must party with the NH GOP...they're good with 'dirty tricks' as well. The one they played on Jennifer Horn was a classic!
"I watched the ad."
Oh well...all out of RINO Chow for this fine evening...you have yourself a good night, but watch those New England people, though...they can't be trusted.
Trust me.
