Randy Moss has been waived by the Vikings just weeks after Minnesota traded a third-round draft pick to the New England Patriots for the receiver, the NFL Network reported Monday.
Following the Minnesota Vikings' 28-18 loss to the New England Patriots, the Vikings receiver announced that he would not be answering any more questions from the media for the rest of the season.

He not only said he wouldn’t be answering questions. He basically dissed the Vikes and begged to come back to NE. It was basically insubordination. I couldn’t believe what I was watching. We had it live after the Pats game.
Unexpected. I wonder if the coach is the one behind this move.
Well, he might not be playing for the rest of season after almost begging to go back to NE.
I wonder if the Cowboys have made an offer yet?
lol
“I play when I want to”. Same as the last time with the Vikes.
Sidney Rice will be back soon. Given Moss’ outburst, it was good timing to let him go. He doesn’t fit into their scheme.
I think the Raiders are short on WR due to injuries.
Unexpected?
After watching Moss halfa$$ his way around the field during the Packers game, I would have thought he’d show up on waivers LAST Monday.
...of course, I’m a little too Old School for most of the rest of the jive excuse for football the NFL puts out most of the time, anyway.
I’m a Bears fan so I’m grinning from ear to ear also.
I hope Childress is gone.
LOL! Lifelong Wisconsinite laughing with you! There are just too many ‘incidents’ that created our beloved Farve falling from perfection this far so fast.
Coach “Hoodie” should pick him up, give him a shot and waive or trade him at the first bad move he makes. It may be worth a shot??
No thanks!...the Raiders are doing just fine without him.
He already had his chance with the Raiders. Or were you speaking ironically? :)
I was watching intial reports on ESPN a while ago. Not a word on his insubordination, only that he was getting too much coverage by defenses.
I play when I want to. Same as the last time with the Vikes.”
Just like Charlie Waters, when he had those alligator arms going across the middle one pass route, pulled up and wouldn’t go for the ball because he was afraid of getting hit. When asked at the post game press conference why he didn’t go for the ball he responded “For who...for what.”
I couldn’t believe Moss in that game Sunday. When he got bumped by a defender (which led to a pass interference call), he didn’t even try to catch the ball which would have been a touchdown. Talk about an easy catch. I could have caught that ball with my eyes closed. Moss doesn’t deserve to be in the NFL.
The Bengals will beat them to it.
