Not an article yet, and therefore no link.
Per Fox News Alert, and also heard on Rush Limbaugh show within past half hour.
Why would we not know the results for NV & WA until December? Can a state legally tie up the results this long?
What would be the purpose to do this?
So NW and WA has time to cook the numbers so the Dem's win?
NW and WA must be in cahoots with each other, to try to hang on to the Senate.
More info to follow.
YES...they are losing...at least Murray is....someone polled those who’ve voted in WA State and it’s 57-42 FOR ROSSI....the Dems need time to find more ballots.
It will take them that long to steal the election..
Military ballots are handled through the military mail system. They are identifiable. In 2000 DemocRAT attorneys in Florida managed to disqualify military ballots because they were not postmarked as required by Florida law — that was because service people do not pay postage (that law has since been superseded by a federal law). So, yes, military ballots *can* be identified.
That was my first thought--that certification is not likely until December. I know the NV sec/state website is keeping a running tally of the election votes.
Franken learned it from Gregoire...in WA State when the Governership was stolen from Rossi, after the THIRD COUNT!
Yep...so that the Democrats can manufacture more votes.
I have been watching Fow News all day and have seen all the democrats speaking insanely fast trying to make it sound like the Democratic turnout was at record levels.
Guys, democrats lie!!! You all should know this by now. I am sure that the RNC, Rossi and Angle will have lawyers to fight this if this story is true, but I don't see anything on Foxnews.com
Then, wouldn't there be similar delays in states like New York and Illinois which have had huge problems with getting military ballots out?
Rush did not say the cause would be a recount. Besides, it's not just NV and WA that may be close, but also CA, CO, IL, WV and, yes, possibly even DE.
What serious reaction? Like the one we had with the Black Panther intimidation coverup?
YESS that still BURNS me...it cannot be tolerated that the Justice Dept can do what they have done.
Reid is allied with the Nevada gaming industry. The NV gaming industry is allied with...hmmmm.
If you can rig a slot machine, how hard would it be to rig a voting machine? Chances are they're made by the same companies.
Some states may be required to withhold results until all overseas military ballots are in due to court rulings enforcing remedies against their violation of the MOVE Act. In at least some cases the courts ruled that states (blue states trying to disenfranchise the troops) will have to count ballots received from soldiers until as late as, I think, 22 November. If it’s close and a recount is required at that point, it will be December before a result is legally certifiable.
I agree. I see nothing. Drudge has nothing up either. Seems like this news would get a siren.
LOL. I meant NV. Sorry. :O)
Both Washington and Oregon allow ballots to be postmarked on election day and still count.....that means a delay in reporting, since they have to wait for all the ballots to come in.
Most other early voting states require the ballots to be delivered by the close of polling, in Colorado, early in-person voting (a popular option) closed Friday, so the ballots can be sorted and delivered to the proper precincts by Tuesday.
Maybe this bizarre delay has something to do with giving the country time to defuse anger before our present rulers announce some shocking, fraudulent election results.
No way this is going to happen in WA. The initial ballots are already in the system, the remaining ballots will be counted by the end of the week.
Yeah, it's not on the FNC web site, surprisingly. It was a short Fox News Alert blurb about an hour ago. Also, Rush mentioned it briefly.
They are going to cheat! Corrupt bastards!
