>NW? Which one of the 57 states is that?

Obviously, that’s North Westhampshire.
You were asleep during Geography, weren’t you?

>Voter fraud is treason.
>At some point we’ve got to start treating voter fraud for what it is, instead of a game. Until we do, we will never get this under control.
>Voter Fraud Is Treason

No! It’s *NOT* treason... not without some logical reasoning which would be rejected out-of-hand by the court-system.
Treason is specifically defined, in the Constitution, as: “Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.”

Now, as for me I believe that voter-fraud is [indirectly] giving aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States of America by undermining the legitimacy of the [sovereignty of] the government thereof. However, we must realize that “voter fraud” is a drop of piss in the wind compared to the bloody evisceration of our Constitution by the most Tyrannical and Lawless of the branches of our government: the Judiciary.

Consider the Constitutional prohibitions against Ex Post Facto [that is, retroactive] laws that’s right PLURAL.
Art 1, Sec 9, Paragraph 3: “No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.”
Art 1, sec 10, Paragraph 10: “No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; **PASS ANY** Bill of Attainder, **EX POST FACTO LAW**, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.”

So then the founders thought it so important to prohibit Ex Post Facto law (and bills of attainder) that they prohibited them from BOTH the Federal government AND the State governments. However, in 1798, in a case titled “Calder v. Bull” the Supreme Court decreed that the prohibition against Ex Post Facto law applied *ONLY* to criminal law [despite the clear wording of the Constitution].

Now, that very same pronouncement is used to justify the retroactive changes to tax law/regulation because they aren’t criminal laws but “regulatory” laws [a term wholly conjured out of nothingness by our political/judicial complex]. Yet, for violating one of these retroactively changed tax laws you are prosecuted/persecuted in CRIMINAL court.

Thus a clear example of how the Constitution is violated by the Arrogant Bastards in Black-robes; the God-Kings of America; the Supreme Court.

At some point we’ve got to start treating voter fraud for what it is, instead of a game. I agree totally. It should bring HARD prison time!

Who will enforce it? Corrupt poll watchers? Corrupt Judges? Corrupt lawyers? Corrupt government? This seems to be taken lightly for such a serious, zero tolerance type of matter. If we lose "fair vote" we are in for some very SCARY times... I fear for what will happen and we would literally will be the USSR with the exception of the 2A.

>My blood is boiling.
[snip]
>F**kers! G-D motherf**ckers! Damn them all to HELL!!!

I like hearing that I’m not the only one being consumed by rage at the injustices perpetrated on us by our own government.

>The sad part about it is THAT THERE DOESN’T SEEM TO BE ANYTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT!!!!!!

Oh there *is* something you can do about it. Be well-armed.

>My wife and I will vote tomorrow, but it’s looking more and more like it won’t do one damned bit of good.

I should suggest openly carrying to the polling place.
Why? Because there are MULTIPLE issues you can raise hell over should “they” try to deny your right to vote whilst armed; here’s what the Washington State Constitution says:

ART 1, SECTION 19 — FREEDOM OF ELECTIONS.
All Elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.

As you can see, even CIVIL authorities are prohibited from interfering with the exercise of the right to vote. but, furthermore, the WA Constitution also says things regarding you arming yourself.

ART 1, SECTION 24 RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS.
The right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of himself, or the state, shall not be impaired, but nothing in this section shall be construed as authorizing individuals or corporations to organize, maintain or employ an armed body of men.

You are an individual, right? Therefore, SHALL NOT BE IMPAIRED, applies specifically to you.

Lastly THIS [ http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode18/usc_sec_18_00000241——000-.html ] gives you some REAL power, in theory, to do MUCH damage to those who would strip you of your right to vote and/or carry arms.

“Military ballots should be postmarked regardless of whether postage is paid.”

What for? A postmark is there to indicate that the postage for a letter/package was paid to the USPS and when. Military mail travels free.

The military ballots that were rejected in Florida were sealed, signed and dated by the soldier and his superior officer. That is a good as a postmark from the standpoint of a time stamp — unless you believe that postal clerks are more honorable than members of the US military.

As I understand it, the military postal service postmarks the mail.

Silly boy.

I’m telling you that not everyone in Nevada is stupid. Reid is so corrupt it’s not funny. Ties between the mob and gaming are becoming less as the years go by because of the influx of honest people.

If you have the idea that everyone in NV who owns a business or votes in local or national elections is corrupt, then shame on you.

You’re the kind of person that is not welcome here. We are working hard to change the “mafia/illegal” perception of Nevada, and you are NOT helping us. If you haven’t been here lately, then sit down and shut up, because you are NOT helping us to get rid of the SEIU, the Mob and Whorehouse Harry.

Having been on both sides of US Military Postmarks, I can tell you ALL mail, regardless of type, IS postmarked.

It’s the LAW!

Why would we not know the results for NV & WA until December? Can a state legally tie up the results this long?

California also.

Please remind people who have never been in the military, never been a military dependant, or been a military mail recipient, that military mail MAY travel “free” but it still needs to be postmarked.

As a military dependent, I sent packages to CONUS through the APO and they were POSTMARKED! When I received mail as a Navy wife, the letters were POSTMARKED! When I sent mail to my grandson in the War Zone recently, they were POSTMARKED! All of the above had to be PAID FOR by someone. That someone was me.

How they were sent, from the time I paid the postage until the time they were received (or vice versa) only the military USPS service can tell you. If an item travels in the USPS system, regardless of origin or destination, POSTAGE MUST BE PAID!

That’s why stamps were invented.

I said this to someone last night that they wouldn't be finished counting until December and they looked at me like I was crazy.

We are talking Washington State, King County where Seattle is, is the most heavily populated county in the state. ULTRA liberal. The only way they won't still be counting is if Rossi wins BIG. It cannot be close at all. We are the template for voter fraud that is being used by 'rats all over. How do you think Franken got "elected."

The 'rats all over the place here, in charge of Auditor offices, judges, etc. That said we are doing our best. We are out in full force. We have people watching them count. I think we are better prepared this time.

You have two very big problems: extremely poor reading comprehension and lack of maturity. Go back and read my first post again. Have someone sound out the words for you if you can't manage it yourself. Maybe then you'll understand what I was saying.

I don't carry on exchanges with people who resort to ad hominem.

Oh. I’m sorry I didn’t recognize you without your robe and sandals.

Let me know when I should genuflect, bow and otherwise acknowledge you as Lord and Master of Nevada and My Life.

Since when are you my judge? (Picture me rolling on the floor and laughing my butt off!)

Come visit me. When we can talk face-to-face, then you can tell me how stupid I am. I dare you.

I’ll bet $20,000 that you don’t have the cajones to meet me because you have no idea what you’re talking about. *sheesh*
