Aren't there far fewer firearms dealers than three decades ago - with an especially big drop during the reign of King William?
Gun control! I love it! How can the New York times, “the Grey Lady”, so soon forget the SCOTUS ruling, stating that Americans have the right (as if we did not know that), to keep and bear arms? That means NO control! Just so that some folks don’t walk around with wet slacks all the time, I agree with a national concealed carry policy. It is the American, that is the true ‘Homeland Security’, not those fat career politicians, so eager to do nothing, while bombs are planted at will in OUR country, OUR cities, and near OUR homes! It is the American, that can stop an idiot like that major in Ft. Hood. This is OUR country! When are WE going to get off our butt, not wait for the cops - who the SCOTUS have deemed are NOT there, for the safety of the American individual - and protect what is OUR’s?
Don’t you just love the implication in the article that have that there SHOULD be some form of registration in place?
That the government should have some oversight on your basic human right of self defense?
Given the fact that governments are the source of a great deal of oppression in the world, it doesn’t really occur to them that this would be a problem, does it?
