Geez... you're not just a nasty little troll, but you are a nasty little troll with reading comprehension issues.

YOU get a clue. I never defended Bush in any of my replies. I simply took issue with your position on the reason we ended up with Obama. You seem to think it is because Bush was Hitler. I, on the other hand believe that it is more due to a combination of white guilt, blacks voting for Democrats (and a fellow black) in lockstep, and the Republicans giving the nomination to a laughably weak candidate.

We disagree, but we don't have to be disagreeable.

Looking back at my posting history, I have taken my share of shots a the Bush administration. I disagreed with him on spending, TARP, immigration, No Child Left Behind, and Prescription Drug Benefits to name a few. I don't think he was the best president ever, but I don't feel compelled to post on threads comparing his baseball pitching style to Obama's to trash him, either.

So enjoy yourself. I'm done.

, I have taken my share of shots a the Bush administration. I disagreed with him on spending, TARP, immigration, No Child Left Behind, and Prescription Drug Benefits to name a few.

So we have little disagreement then on his actual performance.

You seem to think it is because Bush was Hitler

Now you put words in my mouth to run an argument with me. I never said Bush was Hitler. In fact, Obama/Reid/Pelosi have been far more tyrranical.

I don't feel compelled to post on threads comparing his baseball pitching style to Obama's to trash him

I am not trashing Bush on his baseball style. He is a far better baseball player than I am.

I, on the other hand believe that it is more due to a combination of white guilt, blacks voting for Democrats (and a fellow black) in lockstep, and the Republicans giving the nomination to a laughably weak candidate.

And this is what I disagree with, in part. It is not the candidate that the Republicans offer, but rather what the Republicans had come to represent. The Republicans were not Nazis, most assuredly, because they were not totalitarians. But they had become rather statist, imperialist servitors of crony capitalists. The Democrats dropped the imperialst part and became more socialist. They were every bit as much servitors of crony capitalists.

Voila! The Tea Party and a pox on both their houses, and we finally found the much sought third way, which was the old American first way that eschewed foreign entaglements and built on the strengths of a free people recognizing the importance of constitutionally limited government, a view contrary to both parties.
