Because that was ALWAYS Big Murder's intent.
These people have exactly the same attitude toward aborting babies that Dunkin Donuts has toward making donuts.

And do you think Big Murder of Little Innocents (Planned Parenthood) will tell the truth?
While the roles of the CDC and Planned Parenthood require certain kinds of actions for us on this issue; let’s bring some sanity to this mess where it counts most - in “public education”.
How?
By
(1) Demanding that “public education” - government run schools, MUST be completely agnostic when it comes to “education” about sex and sexuality.
What does that mean?
It means they CANNOT BE proponents or opponents of particular points of view about WHAT ought to be taught, or WHAT ought to be said; or not taught or said;
and, therefor
(2) REQUIRES “public education” institutions to REFRAIN from OFFERING classroom materials and class time, beyond the general mechanics of human reproduction AT AN AGE-APPROPRIATE TIME;
(3) And REQUIRES ANY other “curriculum” materials (related to sex and sexuality) be provided to the parents only, for THEIR use (or not) in supporting whatever else the parent thinks is important and appropriate to share with their children.
This MUST be done, on the basis that our children are not the property of the state and the sexual mores they need to learn most MUST BE, HAVE A RIGHT TO BE, contextual to the family’s moral values; which cannot be respected in a general classroom setting because such a general classroom setting WILL inherently fail to respect the values of some children and their families, automatically, by what is and what is not provided in that setting.
Private education is another matter and this is where parents have leeway about the choices for their child’s education and sometimes even have room for greater respect for their point of view, particularly when a consensus of the parents, whose children attend a private school, makes itself known and the institution wants not to lose their support.
We do not need to try to fight to place “abstinence” education IN “public education”, we need to get “sex and sexuality” education altogether OUT of the classroom in “public education”. There is no curriculum battle to be fought in that, because it’s out of the classroom and reserved for the parents, to use or not. Everyone, all the parents, “social conservatives” or not, gain from that. All parents would have as much as they choose, or do not choose, to draw from in assisting their children in that education. The only ones who lose are the arrogant “public school” educators who think they have a right to teach sexual mores to our children and to do so however they chose.
