It was an immense turnout. I was completely wrong when I previously said I thought these liberal mushheads wouldn’t draw a big crowd. They did.
On the other hand, I figured it would at least be funny. It was not. Stewart’s humor simply doesn’t translate well to this outdoor venue.

What do you consider immense? This is small compared to Beck’s and 9/12/2009, Promise Keepers and a number of other rallies I’ve seen.

I'd say his humor doesn't translate when you're supposed to take it seriously. Same with Colbert. His whole shtick is to mock people for being too serious. How is a person like that to deliver a serious message?
