I think there were more "faces of color" on stage than in the crowds.
How about that, OlberFuherer? Matthews? Gonna call *them* racists?
The average age of the crowd seemed to be about 21 as well. And the only signs allowed, appeared to be plants by Stewart/Colbert and their production crew.

everytime I flipped to it it looked like a very amature production.
They should get a high school drama club to handle the next one. It would look more professional.

Stewart has approached Borat/Gallagher/BJClinton status in comedic success. The best audience participation humor requires the adoration of those you are actually humiliating.

And, totally boring. What a bunch of morons. What’s the point? Does this even have an objective? If so, it fell flat.
What? They have a few thousand people there. . . so inspiring.

I checked in at DU earlier and the explanation for that was since the attendees weren't actually racists, it didn't matter. Democrats are gifted with an ability to determine what is in the hearts and minds of others.
It was obvious to the enlightened that the attendees of Beck's rally were racists, and therefore, minorities weren't welcome. Whereas, the Stewart rally is filled with people who have nothing but love in there hearts and a world peace vision. The minorities just couldn't get cab fare because of Bush's policies.
Hope that helps.

Does anyone know if there are webcams in the park area to estimate the crowd size?

considering the vast torrents of liberal frauds pushed upon the public by eco-nuts ala Albore and the entire Democrap Party, it is rather strange to see the spectacle of all these college kids (the overwhelming element in the audience) turning up their noses at “right wing fear-mongering”
