Don't you feel good about paying government employees' salary and retirement benefits? They do such good work and deserve every penny they suck out of us.

Disclaimer, I work for a public university. When I worked for a different one in New Orleans, on my way to work I drove on a street with the center line painted right over a boot that was there for weeks. Then of course there was just a gap in the line.

That was probably done by an independent contractor who was hired because they met the minority worker threshold. Thankfully, there’s an overpaid government employee who will go out and find a women owned business to sandblast off the offending letters, and two government employees who get paid $23 an hour with an additional $14 an hour in benefits excluding the $27 an hour in retirement benefits who will spend eight hours painting in two letters, closing down the street for hours to do so, lest they be put in danger.

Total cost to fix the mistake that cost $5,000 will only be $8,000.

Hello, my friend. I am here occasionally. Working more hours than ever before in my life to survive the Obamaconomy. May we soon stop the destruction of private enterprise.

What’s wrong with that sign? SOTP is accurate. It simply means Step On The Pedal.

SOT P. Most sots end up having to go somewhere, and yellow “P” on the road is not an unusual result. This could just be a warning not to step in something.

That guy with the draem sign is stupid but the other guy is only bragging about his special random access memory on his computer or maybe it’s his Dodge pickup or maybe, no, I won’t go there.
