Juan McCain, the RINO who becomes a conservative every election cycle and then goes back to his true colors. He may yet become the Robert Byrd of the Republican Party, a total embarrassment and a total (jack)ass.

Apparently McCain has credibility with some out west and if it was a ‘rousing’ sincere speech/endorsement for Angle and it will help, he should be thanked. But I wonder if McCain has yet to think about his part in the situation we are in. When he takes responsibility for his hand in the destruction of our country, well ... then I’ll believe what he says. Until then, I’m with the ‘go away’ McCain camp.

Senator McCain, I want to thank you for the years of service you have put in, but I can no longer vote for you. If you had ran your Presidential campaign with half as much gusto as you ran this Sentorial one, and not muzzled Sarah Palin, We would not be in the mess we are in today.
Her support of you in this campaign would be my top complaint about her, and I am really hoping it was just a loyalty thing, for you making her a national name.
I was just going to leave that line for your race blank, since I also cant vote for the opposition that I know would even be worse. Luckily I feel I have an alternative in a write in candidate, I am sure you are safe with all the millions you have wasted to get re-elected but hopefully this alternative vote will at least get enough votes to wake you up to what we the people feel is wrong with our now non representative government.
If you lose over those votes, Ian Gilyeat gets, I will have to live with my part of it, like I did when I voted for Perot and we all got Bill Clinton for 8 years. Seems like all you Politicians, Democrat or Republican alike all get elected and re-elected over and over and take that as full endorsement to make any descisions based on what you think or want personally, all the while forgetting you really are supposed to be listening to the input of people who voted you in and basing your descisions on that.

It’s possible, but I really don’t see that happening. The Tea Party people in NV know that Sharon is the real deal-Dingy Harry is reminding people almost hourly how much of a “kook” she is, so no, I don’t think one appearance by Mclame can hurt her conservative cred.
On the other hand, I’m really not sure how much it helps her either. NV is a pretty libertarian leaning state and I really don’t know how popular Mclame is there. Maybe it will help with some RINOS living in Las Vegas, but I agree with Rush on this, I think Sharon was going to win this race anyway, so I don’t like the idea of Mclame getting any credit for it.

John is scared the conservatives are going to dump him.
I suspect he did more good than harm. Nevadans are being bombarded with ads trying to scare them about Angle being a crazy extremist. Having an establishment mushy middler may have helped reel in those last few who just weren’t sure if the alternative to Reid was really ok.
