Thanks for your service...
I just have a question -— Aren’t openly gay men allowed to serve in one of the most effective fighting militaries in the world ? ( I am talking about Israel ). How is this policy affecting their morale and fighting ability?
faries, you can’t like them or lick them, it would appear.

I don’t know about the policy in Israel, nor do I care.
Have a nice day.
Answer: This ain’t Israel.
Israel didn’t look so effective in 2006 when they went up against Hezbollah in Lebanon. They were being run from the top down by swishers and cropped hair lesbo butch bull dykes at the time like Zippi Lippi and Olmerde. Affirmation and promotion of homosex is closely akin to PAGANISM my friend and the Lord God of Israel has come down hard on His People every time they have turned from him and begun sacrificing in the high places again. Why would we think it would be any different this time. Homosexualizm has not helped the dutch any nor any other military. It breaks down discipline. Ideally, there would be no sexual behavior in the ranks.
Big difference. In Israel, all males (and maybe females, too, I'm not sure) are REQUIRED to serve. I was told this by our Palestinian tour guide when my husband and I visited Israel in 2007.
Israel barely held their own in the last little clash in Lebanon and are a far cry from the past.
Israel barely held their own in the last little clash in Lebanon (okay, I am exaggerating a little) and are a far cry from the past.
Everyone has to serve in the IDF, being gay would be the “in” thing to get out of mandatory service if they allowed it for some people. I imagine if Israel was founded in a safer climate and not surrounded by her enemies then it might be a different story.
Are you saying that Israel's, or anyone else's, military is on par with America's? If you are, you'd better watch your back among servicemen - that is an outlandish statement.
America has the BEST fighting force in the world - WITHOUT (open) homosexuals. Would you jeopardize this?
