The latest Rasmussen Reports statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Brown picking up 49% support, while Whitman draws the vote from 45%. Two percent (2%) prefer some other candidate, and three percent (3%) are still undecided.

It’s the last weekend before the election, and the undecideds are starting to break to the Republicans. I’m not sure Meg can close the gap - a lot will depend on the GOTV effort. But it will be close, I think. I also think Carly will win.

Yet just last night, the news reported Brown was up by 13 points in some poll, I don’t remember the name of it.

Well, everyone go and vote. Do not be dissuaded by any polls telling you that this or that race is over.

And let’s all hope and pray for a clean open vote counting procedure. We don’t want to see another Al Franken recount to put any other clowns in the Congress.

If Brown actually won this race you may as well just cut CA off and push it into the ocean. Wake the &^%$# up CA! Whitman should be up by 20 points.

I’ll take the “nut” Meg over the “moonbeam!” Great choices here in Cali.

If the enthusiasm gap holds true then Meg should be able to take this thing to the bank!

In my local rag this morning, the Ventura Co. Star had a big front page article stating that Brown leads Whitman by 10 points. The poll they cited was the notoriously liberal Field Poll.

I hope Whitman can pull this out, even though she ran a lousy campaign. Moonbeam is the guy who gave the state employees the right to unionize. He’s the genesis of all the problems this state is having now.

whitman is seriously smart,
she has spent a good portion of her money on the most awesome ground game imaginable. She knew it all came down to turn out and her plan is going to shock a few rats.

Looked for the Rasmussen poll headline and didn’t find it. Didn’t see it in breaking or front page news. Had to go to work so posted quickly.

“I’m not sure Meg can close the gap - a lot will depend on the GOTV effort.”

What about depressed RAT voters as they see the wave comin’ toward them on election night? Should help Fiorina, Whitman, Rossi and all kinds of House candidates in the West...imho.

Local rag is correct. How I wish that people would educate themselves about basic economics...
