Airports in some of the United States were on high alert Friday after investigators found a suspicious package aboard a plane flying from Yemen to Chicago when it stopped in London on Thursday night, a law enforcement source with detailed knowledge of the investigation said.
The suspicious package, which contained a “manipulated” toner cartridge, tested negative for explosive material, the source said, but it led to heightened inspection of arriving cargo flights in at least three cities — Newark, New Jersey and Philadelphia, Pennyslvania and a UPS truck in New York.

This is an ODD newstory--perhaps they need to pass a message on to the enemy our Intel is well aware [but have no specifics]; but I would rather read we stopped an attack, captured the guy[s] who has been under ongoing surveillance with undercover agents; and we were never in danger with details to follow. Obama has already named us "the enemy" to an audience of illegals. These foreign born illegals do not vote, so why, it could be taken to suggest, it is alright to incite violence aginst Americans? Especially states bordering Mexico. According to the President, Arizona is an enemy?

UPS returns used toner cartridges for recycling at no charge to the shipper. I’ve sent them several over the past several years. Their portion of enviros green agenda.
If they are IED’s one method that would not involve a timer is to ship it without one but with a wired cell phone. The local operative would have the cell phone number and call it when it is nearing the destination.
