Exactly, those in power will now use the DOJ to do their dirty work. This is why, when I hear conservative folks talk about broadening powers when Repubs are in office, I cringe, because those very same powers can be used against the conservative voice when someone else is at the helm.

I’ve heard “hang anyone suspected of vote tampering”, and other very firmhanded comments to the like. The problem is, those very tools can be used against us as well, as they are now playing out.

I was on a thread earlier, and it got me speculating about 2012 and the use of our own military against various states, and such thought, and I had to wonder myself if it would ever play out. When things died down here at the office, I realized, Obama wouldn’t use the military, he would use the CIA, FBI and DOJ to get done what he wanted to get done if martial law were declared.

Jackson Lee and others are counting on the DOJ to be their arm of intimidation. This message from here was to intimidate TEA party people. In otherwords, she is saying “back off, this is OUR polling place”. It has nothing to do with her wanting fair elections, its all about losing control of those polling places that the dems are counting on to deliver a nefarious vote count.

More of this sort of action will be commonplace over the next week. Just watch Nevada, I wouldn’t be surprised if Reid called in the state National Guard to keep those evil TEA partiers 100 yards away from polling places, all in an effort to get on the frontpage and create a false scenario, and to further intimidate those who really want a clean election.
