CHANDLER, Ariz. — CBS 5 News has confirmed that Susan Brock, the wife of Maricopa County Supervisor F. Brock Fulton, was arrested Tuesday night at her Chandler home on charges of child molestation.
A 17-year-old male claimed he had engaged in a sexual relationship with Susan Brock over the last three years, according to according to Joe Favazzo of the Chandler Police Department.
Text messages between Susan Brock and a 17-year-old male were intercepted by the victim’s family, who brought them to the attention of police, Favazzo said.
The text messages referenced sexual acts and genitalia and led to the disclosure of the relationship, he said.

Whoa, nelly! NAMBLA is just for gays - God's against that, too, according to most churches. Traditionally in Western Europe, 14 is the age of consent. 21 is the other common number, when a dedicated squire became a knight. (Multiples of 7, a magic number, are common in older laws.)
We brought the voting (and incidentally marriage) age down from 21 to 18 in America because of Vietnam. The argument was that those being drafted at age 18 should have the right to vote in or out of office those who sent them off to war. While an anti-war tactic, the fundamental justice of this position got it put into law. Many U.S. jurisdictions still have earlier ages for marriage, though they usually require parental consent.

The kid is 17. If the inappropriate behavior with him started this year it would just be a nasty scandal. However, it has been going on for 3 year so it started when he was 14.It took 3 years to figger out...

One theory that makes sense to me, is that the "years" in Genesis are really lunar cycles,what we know as months. Uh; not to ME!
