Why not just use a massive dose of mophine? An easier way is to use nitrous oxide, or laughing gas.
It is used by dentists.
Just keep increasing the percent until it is 100% and wait a half hour.
I have had nitrous oxide and it just makes you not care and sleepy. The "patient" would just go to sleep.
