The way I read this is these are ballots requested by voters that had received a mailer from the democrat candidates. I don’t believe that all absentee ballots go to this mailing address.

This is the key oparagraph from the article:

“She and others called the I-Team when they noticed the return address is not their local election official but instead a PO box for the organization.

IDCC officials claim they are entering ballot request information into their own database before sending the mailings on to election authorities who then mail voters the ballot.”

No matter how you slice it, that’s an avenue for voter fraud.

404,000 ballots worth of Voter Fraud!!

As I understand it, this is not really fraud per se, it’s more utter incompetence by the political parties, primarily the Dims.

The Republicans are doing the same thing (I’ve received their mailers) and I expect they’ll screw it up too, disenfranchising their own voters. But it looks like the Dims are screwing up worse. Kinda like the Dim designed butterfly ballots that the Dim voters in FL couldn’t figure out.

Of course, in IL, the system is set up to encourage voter fraud.
