This is a violation of the 10th Amendment and a direct usurpation of Americans’ voting rights.

I don't know, but I am coming around to the view that this will eventually be resolved in the streets. What is troubling to me is that politicians are breaking laws right out in the wide open and no one seems to care. Moochelle was campaigning in a polling place and no one seemed to notice. Harry is openly buying votes, not a word.
On the matter of voter ID, the Indiana law has been affirmed by the Supreme Court once and is on it's way a second time.

The 9th circus court of communist unjust judges strike at the heart of American Constitutional laws once again.
These black robed terroists need to be tarred, feathered, and run out of America on a rail.

I heard something on the radio this morning about complaints being filed against Sheila Jackson Lee (I think) for electioneering in a polling place in Houston, and also intimidating poll watchers. It's just blatant, in-your-face intimidation by a ‘Rat politician. Some people did file complaints but you can bet the ranch nothing will come of it. Yet another example of why people (myself included) have lost almost all faith in the system as it exists today.

the libs are more concerned about foreign money influence in our elections than foreign voters. (stolen from foxnews Brian Kilmeade)

It’s going to take a generation to flush these enemy turds out of the judiciary. They are truly killing our country.

Unfortunately, I think you are right: this is eventually going to be settled in the streets. Sooner, rather than later. I did not expect to see the massive election corruption we are already starting to see this time around. I thought it would come in 2012, when Obama would “win” with 70% of the vote and subsequently have himself declared President for Life (like his fellow Marxists Mugabe, Ortega, and Chavez).
Apparently, however, the rebellion among the American people has forced his hand. And now, the orders have gone out to implement Operation Endgame a little ahead of schedule.
So, you may consider this election, the political equivalent of Guernica. They are trying out their weapons, seeing which will work best when the coup comes in 2012.
And you can fully expect that Obama’s waiting army of urban thugs can’t wait to get on with the blood-letting. He is sending them clear cues now in virtually every speech he makes.

Chief Judge KOZINSKI desented in the
opinion which can be read beginning at page 17684 of the opinion. His final paragraph is as follows:
The majority distorts two major areas of law before it even reaches the merits. It creates an unprecedented exception to our law of the circuit rule, trampling underfoot a newly minted en banc opinion. The majority also makes a mess of the law of the case analysis by taking issue with a prior panels reasoning, not its conclusion. And, as to the merits, the panel comes nowhere close to proving that Gonzalez Is interpretation of the National Voter Registration Act was wrong, much less clearly wrong. Few panels are able to upset quite so many apple carts all at once. Count me out.

It may well be on Nov.3rd if the voter fraud is egregious.
At least many of the opponents of the Constitution are self-designating.
I'd keep my eye open for little red dots, they are often accompanied by loud noises.

I'm not sure how many people realize that this decision WAS NOT handed down by the Ninth Circuit Court.
Ninth Circuit Court members split on this decision. A non-seated judge made the final decision on this matter. And it's questionable in my mind whether the third judge had legal standing. Nobody appointed her to the Ninth Circuit Court. Can you just volunteer to serve on the Ninth Circuit Court? Evidently so...
Take a look at who presided on this issue. Anyone recognize that first person.
(Matter appeared) Before:
Sandra Day OConnor, Associate Justice,*
Alex Kozinski, Chief Judge
Sandra S. Ikuta, Circuit Judge
Opinion by Judge Ikuta
Dissent by Chief Judge Kozinski
Note Page Six of this PDF presentation of the "Court's" decision. There you'll be able to verifty who represented the Ninth Circuit Court on this matter.

* Yep, that's SCOTUS Retired Justice Sandra Day O'Connor.
For the last three to six months, the Ninth Circuit Court has been handing down some interesting, more Conservative decisions. Now this.
Could this decision be challenged? Nobody appointed O'Connor to the Ninth Circuit Court. What legal standing does she have to sit in on these cases?
