But they probably still had stuff in their language in there somewhere, probably newspapers those seem to be the big foreign language thing. Probably because newspapers are pretty cheap to make, design them on any computer, sell some ads, print up 5000 to 10000 and you’ve got yourself a paper.
Could be. I hadn’t driven around in any of those neighborhoods in maybe 25 years, but removing the old languages from all the windows and signs definitely changed the city-scape.
