The AIP response to press inquiries this morning:
"We have always maintained that the burden of proof that he possesses the constitutionally required credentials to serve as President rests squarely on Mr. Obama and no one else. For a mere ten dollars, with Barack Obama's assent, the State of Hawaii can and will provide the American people with a copy of his actual long form birth certificate. The fact that Mr. Obama continues to be willing to expend large sums of money, including precious taxpayers' dollars, to prevent the public revelation of such a simple document, has raised serious legitimate questions in the minds of millions of Americans about his qualifications. This is extremely unhealthy for the country, and for the Presidency, to say the least. That's why we applaud the efforts of Alan Keyes and other America's Independent Party leaders in their persistent demand that Barack Obama produce the necessary documents to clear these questions from the public docket, and fervently hope that they will appeal this unwise decision by this particular court."

Why would Mr. Obama be the only one required to vet himself? Seems a great way to have a lot of fraud.

"McCain 2008? Calero 2008? Jindal 2012? Cleaver 1968? Indeed. There have been many through history. Romney 1964?
And we are paying now for this neglect of the qualifications to even run for the office of POTUS.

Can someone research where in this great country there are most likely judges in place that are not liberals nor likely to be able to be bought and challenge Obama there?

The Secretary of State for each of the 50 states is responsible for ensuring candidates are qualified for the office of the President.
Here's why:
- Electors are the ones who vote for POTUS and vPOTUS
- As such, electors must be legal in every state
- The primary election in each state dictates which electors are selected to vote
- In order for each elector to be legal, the proxy votes for each elector must also be legal
- Each proxy vote is provided by each voter
- Each proxy vote goes for each elector. Each elector must be legal. Electors cannot be legal if the person they are called to represent is not legal. They are chosen by the candidate, or the party to whom the candidate represents.
- In order for the proxy vote to be legal, the person on the ballot whom they are voting for must also be legal
- Secretaries of each state are required to ensure electors are qualified. They also complete a oath to uphold the state and U.S. Constitutions.
Why Keyes didn't break it down this way is a mystery. The key is in the electors. Attack the legal representation of the electors and you can see why the SoS is clearly responsible for ensuring they are qualified, legal proxy voters.
