sounds good to me. If you ask me the death penalty should be expanded and waiting times should be cut by two thirds.
The Death-penalty should also be applied to Supreme Court Justices who undermine the Constitution, IMO... as well as to judges and prosecutors who enforce contra-constitutional ‘laws’ and regulations.

*Government false arrest, IMO, certainly qualifies as “kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap.”
