Not a boondoggle or even a slush fund yet. This is pure and simple vote-buying in the week before the election. They’re not even trying to pretend any more.
Its an attempt to buy votes and if that doesn’t work, its a set up.
We all know its not going to be built and when the democrats are thrown out of power they’ll immediately start screaming about the GOP failure to build their choo choo.
