I feel your pain! I do have to say that it has been a pretty
pleasant fall this year. Some years it’s 100 one day, and then
there is a blue norther and all the leaves turn black and
fall off the trees into a mess on the ground the next day! LOL!
Yeah, it's time to keep with a supplement, thanks big sis!..:=)

Cable for the TV has been out since 1200, thank goodness internet still works. For the third month in a row called Cox about it and they’ll be out tomorrow between 1000 and 1200.
Naturaly it always happens on a Sunday and they have no one on duty.

We had 2 days of fall this year! WooHoo! Went from the 90s to the 70s in one day and this since! No wonder people around here are so miserable! (And I mean that literally! LOL)
Talked to my brother in CT today and he said that his grandson is all set for his first Halloween. The little guy has an Ape costume and his Dad will carry him around dressed as the Empire State Building. Sounds neat huh?
But, of course! We used to have a local cable co. that was the same way. We would go for days not having any TV. Now we have DirecTV (which I'm thinking we don't watch enough of to be worth the price).
Perhaps we could wean ourselves from TV completely if I have it disconnected!

It’s so fun taking a child on their first Halloween foray.
Piper wasn’t sure about what was going on last year, but
when she got all that candy, then she thought it was a pretty
good deal. LOL!
Of course, Mommy and Daddy gave most of the treats away (or
let her) to other kids. She didn’t need all of that to make
her happy.

Well, you guys typically don’t have heavy jackets so I would
imagine the the 50s ARE miserable for you....especially after
the heat you had this past summer.
I know that I ALWAYS forgot to take a jacket with me when my
son would take me to the wharf area of SF, and I would nearly
always have to buy a fleece jacket from the stores around
there that cater to people just like me! LOL!
Well, I’m going to get some extra sleep tonight to fight this cold, see ya soon!

I remember the first year my daughter was old enough for Halloween, my SIL made her a darling mouse costume. Brother and SIL had no children yet and she wanted to take her so she dressed as a cat and took the daughter out.
Our little town has a doggie dress-up contest every year. This year the winner was dressed as Joe the Plumber. Yeah...he had a 'plumbers smile'!
