The sister in law of former British Prime Minister Tony Blair has converted to Islam. Lauren Booth, the half sister of Blair's wife, Cherie, said she decided to convert to Islam after undergoing a “spiritual experience” in the Iranian city of Qom several months ago.
Booth said that she avoids alcohol and pork, prays five times a day, and wears a full-length Muslim hijab when she leaves the house. She also reads the Quran every day. “I'm up to page 60,” she told reporters.

Nonetheless, conversions to Islam are not unusual among England’s leftists and university set. Maybe she can wink at Prince Charles from under her burqa.

Looks like she is not just interested in Islam, but, judging from her little shrine, she is specifically interested in the terrorist, anti-Israel crowd, Arafat, Mashal, Abbas, the PLO, Fatah, Hamas crowd. I understand that her sister Cherie is also a big Jew-hater.

Uh, I guess no one told her that LATER verses supercede earlier ones, according to Islamic law. The latter verses contain lovely sentiments about betraying and lying to infidels, and the ever-wonderful "the tree and rock will shout out" Messenger of Allah, there is a Jew hiding behind me...quick come and kill him!"

According to THIS, Donald Nixon has been dead for more than 20 years.
When he was alive, the Donald Nixon I remember was always on the fringe of corruption, from bribes and kickbacks (e.g. Hughes Aircraft, Robert Vesco and Bebe Rebozo) to Watergate ... not unlike Hillary's siblings, Hugh and Tony Rodham. He certainly did nothing to honor his famous older brother.

From reading the article it would seem that her mother is a beast with severe psychological problems. Her husband and mother-in-law sound like gems though and she appears, by this account anyway, to be a loving mother.
