I have a different issue. At 6’8” I don’t fit on many planes. I can only fly first class so Southwest is out. And most commuter jets are not made for tall passengers. To make things worse, some airlines are considering eliminating first class.

at 6’8” — I doubt you’d fit in most places :) Though I do wish I was 7 inches taller. Being your height has it’s advantages too!

The free market should determine if tall or fat people can comfortably ride on privately owned airlines, and how much it costs.

The inconveniences in life are many, and they are often lamentable, but they are most often not the responsibility of government or business owners to address.

Imagine the way the early settlers and the waves of immigrants had to travel.

Looking at the statistics on corporate promotion. Tall execs out number short execs by about 100 to 1. The bias in society in your favor surely out weighs any minor inconvenience on your part while flying. SHeesh. Tall whiners.....
