There was a one minute spot on Armed Forces Radio today, that warned gay soldiers not to celebrate to early because it was still against numerous articles of the UCMJ, and it would be enforced

Finally some sanity, now we need to reign in the courts once Conservatives gain power.
In fact in Iowa, they are running a campaign to outster some judicially activist supreme court judges.

I agree with you, though, that the Marxist judge should be impeached, removed and hanged.

I enlisted in the army in 1966 and served for a number of years. Served on a few administrative discharge boards. Most homosexual activity seemed to wind up as separations under other than honorable conditions rather than courts martial But all that was before DADT.
