And don't overlook the sleaziness consistently exhibited by Romney supporters. To this day they brazenly lie in claiming Rush endorsed Romney in '08.
That's typical, I guess, of the mindset that gets behind a guy who'll engage political bulk sales of his book in order to make the Best Seller list.
