Just ask your average tourist. Most New Yorkers aren’t known for their manners. And they tend to vote for weird liberal Democrats (so forgive me for my cynicism). But the more I learn about Pamela Geller – the more I’m changing my mind, and seeing another side of politics and culture I don’t often associate with the Big Apple.
Some background: Pamela Geller is the founder, editor, and publisher of the very successful Atlas Shrugs.com blog, but more than that, she’s a champion of free speech rights and that gets her in heaps of trouble. Just read London’s terrorist-friendly Guardian!

She used to be friends with Charles Johnson at LGF, back when Charles was actually acting like a conservative (at least on the subject of Islam). Chuckles has since completely gone off his meds and turned into the raving leftist he was before 9/11 momentarily knocked some sense into him, and also viciously turned on her and other anti-Islamist bloggers like Robert Spencer. So an old picture of her wearing an LGF shirt is OK; Johnson actually did help get her started in blogging, but the breakdown in their friendship is his fault, not hers. She didn’t change, he did.

Not sure what your point is. Pamela Geller was supportive of Little Green Footballs when it was anti-appeasement and she challenged it when it appeased. Her values haven’t changed. Taking a photograph out of context is misleading.
Me too. Not that I judge people by looks alone – but Pamela Geller is a stylish freedom fighter.

LGF has changed into a loony lefty site where no opinions which contradict Charles Johnson’s are tolerated.
