Keokuk is in Ia. 29 refers to the Hutcherson brothers Dick 2 time IMCA Champ and winner of 14 cup races in 104 starts. Ron 3 time ARCA Champ who sat on the front roe and finished fourth in the Daytona 500 in 1978. They were from Keokuk. Yes it is I who some how jumped to the top of the standings. I thought I was in trouble when Newman shucked the rear end, imagine my surprise when I saw the standings.
