Very interesting synopsis, thank you very much. I thought a name was bandied about for K.K.’s crew chief in ‘12 - Gustafson? - or is he bringing Kenny Francis w/him? That would free up Alan for Jr. but that would mean M.M. would have a new C.C. in his last year..not good.
Evernham would be an interesting choice but I’d worry about his desire and commitment. With TV ratings down there might be a few retired C.C. analysts looking for a job..

We’ve had so much rain that I have two different readings in two identical rain gauges. 7” in one and 6 inches in the one near it????? There was 2/10 in both of them at 10:30 last night????

Tork comes out of retirement to offer some free basic preventive medical/mental advice. Never, NOT EVER read a rain gauge without consuming copious amounts of caffeine and putting on your glasses or you will for certain misread 7 millimeters for 2 3/4 inches of rain!!!

Alas even w/copious amounts of caffeine this dog still inserted the value, open, while learning over it, in the female slot for blowing out the irrigation system. Was like getting hit w/a high-pressure hose. ODOT (Oregon Dept of Trans) predicts 2-3 feet of snow in the next 48-72 hrs at 4000’ (pass level).
My team will be starting 1-9-13-17 and I’d take that if they finished that way. No bets will be taken.
