Gianoulias, as I understand, worked for the family bank until he ran it bankrupt. Then he used that experience to run for treasurer of Illinois, now the most bankrupt state, where he ran the college savings plans bankrupt. Clearly, someone with that kind of bankrupting talent can meet fellows equally talented in only one place: the Congress. Will the voters of Illinois send him there? Gianoulias, like most Illinoisans, is a liberal Democrat in the mold of President Barack Hussein Obama. Illinois voters, however, seem somewhat unenthusiastic for some bizarre reason, and if the liberal Democrats among them cannot find the polls on election day, Mark Kirk (RINO) may pull off a win.

That’s what primaries are supposed to be for. Were stuck with 2 terrible choices. If it gets us closer to taking the senate, then I guess Kirk is the less crummy choice.
The Illinois/Chicago political cesspool/swamp needs to be drained, disinfected, and refilled with fresh water.

While McCain was in Chicago today campaigning for Kirk, John Kerry was also paying a visit to campaign for Giannoulias. It seems Kerry kept calling Giannoulias his close friend, but kept mispronouncing his name all the while. With friends like him, who needs enemies?

I have to disagree, because he will provide cover for CommieCrate agenda under the guise of ‘Bipartisanship’, and dilute Conservative brand. We are in the position we are in, namely, about to lose Our Precious Republic as a direct result of RINO ‘Bipartisanship’. It is better that the enemy wear their own uniforms, rather than they take another for deception.
