(Oct. 17) -- Walter Schumm knows what he's about to do is unpopular: publish a study arguing that gay parents are more likely to raise gay children than straight parents. But the Kansas State University family studies professor has a detailed analysis that past almost aggressively ideological researchers never had.
When one such researcher, Paul Cameron, published a paper in 2006 arguing that children of gay parents were more likely to be gay themselves, the response from the academic press was virulent, to say nothing of the popular press; the Southern Poverty Law Center, for instance, equated Cameron to a Nazi.
Not all of the vitriol was hyperbolic. Cameron does not tolerate gay people. He believes that "homosexual practice is injurious to society."
The gay press, as far back as the 1980s, labeled Cameron "the most dangerous anti-gay voice in America." Though Cameron was the first to publish papers on the dangers of secondhand smoke, the scientific community has abandoned him. The American Psychological Association long since dropped him from its membership for an "ethical" violation.
Today, Cameron is the founder and chairman of the Family Research Institute, whose "overriding mission" is to publish "empirical research on issues that threaten the traditional family, particularly homosexuality."

Gender confusion will only “breed” more gender confusion.

The “genetic disposition” claim was embraced by sodomites after they lost Hardwick v. Bowers before the SCOTUS. The “research” that has attempted to find a sodomite gene has generally been politically motivated. The only reasonably good research on what leads to sodomite behavior is molestation as a child or an adolescent.
Anyone who has been around sodomites when they are comfortable and “just being themselves” would never let them have custody of children.
Sounds like a gain, actually.
Then that means it isn’t a choice.
In my estimation, NONE of them started that way. Homosexuality is a deliberate choice.
Even the vile and disgusting Barney Frank began his life normally. He freely opted of his own volition to become a homosexual just as he decided to be become a liberal.
Of course, many of these poor children have no biological connection with either parent; at most, with one parent.
So it’s nurture, no nature.

Proving that it’s learned behavior since a genetic predisposition to homosexuality would breed itself out in one generation.
That's absolutely right. Homosexuality is a choice. Of course the decision to choose that abomination is encouraged by bad "parents". God does not create homosexuals.
And I will continue to not use the term "gay" to describe these unhappy beings. They are anything but gay in the rightful meaning of that word.

Slight hijack alert! I watched two episodes of that train wreck "sister wives" about polygamy. The "dad" with three "wives" was preparing to take on a forth who already had children. The mother of those kids prepared her kids to enter the "family" and next thing you knew there was one Ken doll and four Barbies. Mom was teaching the child to share "daddy" with the other "families" and of course the kids were totally into the game.
It is not a stretch to assume that similar things go on in gay households to explain things to the kids. Gay acquaintances of mine tell me that they want their kids to grow up straight. I have no doubt that they do. But I don't think the kids have much of a shot at a normal life.
They molest them from the time they are small, which has the same effect. Remember that, despite "Dr." Kinsey's "sexy" reputation in popular culture, he was a bi-sexual who carried out pedophilic experiments upon children - even newborns - and concluded that ALL children should be "allowed to explore their sexual desires". Of course, since they have NO such desires, what that scumbag really meant was that ADULTS should be free to explore their own sexual desires with children of any age. "Gays" concur with this view. God help their children.
50% nature/50% nurture is a good guess for any behavior. Does anyone really believe the 100% genetic lie?
Marriage law was developed to protect children. Once gay marriage is legal, adopting agencies won't be able to discriminate.
