Half a km south of this Scud rally point, look out for the long road running NE-SW with extremely obvious entrances to underground bunkers.

Lowering the brightness and boosting contrast on that image helps considerably. (A bit of sharpening doesn't hurt, either...)

FWIW, that area is loaded with AAA and SAM sites! There is certainly something there they want to protect...
