Update October 16: Remember Larry Marchant who also said he had an affair with Nikki Haley? Well he's opened himself up to perjury charges too (if he's lying) as he's signed an affidavit saying, among other things that he and Haley, "went back to her room where we had sexual intercourse and I spent the remainder of the evening."

Update October 15: WSPA 7 in the Upstate has a story on the matter and got Haley to respond. She says she won't sign a sworn statement that it didn't happen and that, "It's up to them to prove that is true."

I sure hope so. I do not see how any guy can conclusively prove that he had sex with a particular woman unless a kid or DNA testing is involved.

Seems to me that when "evidence" gets modified like that somebody wants to hide something ~ my guess is Br'r Folks has friends at Google.com, just like Chris Coons, and they DID SOMETHING FOR HIM.
I found it impossible to read the various signs in that area to see if they allowed parking at the times specified in Folks' claim.
Very suspicious ~ damning (of Folks) in fact.
If he is being prosecuted for perjury, the prosecutor does indeed have to prove that he is lying. That’s kind of the point of a perjury charge. He would be considered innocent of perjury until proven guilty.
In this case I would care about her agenda, not about her bed hoping if any took place.
