If he “just discovered” he was a homosexual, he would have been lying to get the free training and education. In that case, IMO he should receive punishment and pay back all the $ it cost the military to train him.
The DADT should be repealed, and go back to “Ask, and show ‘em the door if they give the wrong answer”.
What evidence can be used to prove that he must be lying about when he discovered he was a homosexual?
And, is the government entitled to try to prove that the guy really isn't a homosexual and should not be relieved of his obligation to serve?
