Does any of the reports on this reveal who at the State Department cooperated in this treason; because letters from Waxman and Boxer or not, someone at State had to make it possible for the travel and the “contributions” to take place. It's a good question, but I'm not certain how to find out. A FOIA request would be far too slow now.
