House Whip Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC) says he really believes the black vote will be the "secret weapon" for Democrats in the upcoming midterm elections. "The black vote is, in fact, significantly engaged," he said on MSNBC.

Cases of T-bird and Salems are all in place.
The racial divide has become so great that blacks are hesitant to vote even for white dems. Obama goes in to campaign for a white dem, but he goes into the black community to do it. Their polling must look horrible for black turnout.
Black folks got what they wanted: a black president. Now, there’s no need for them to vote for whites of either party.
Only the November results will tell for sure, but my feeling is without Baraq hisself on the ticket, the minority turnout will be unenthusiastic.
Dems are looking for black support to skyrocket from 95% to 96%.
The white vote is also engaged and really pissed off.

And I still can’t understand why blacks vote as a block for the very party that screws them over for jobs. Not to mention, the FUTURE of the economy if jeopardized by the Democrats and their insane spending and regulations.
I can’t believe that there are THAT many stupid blacks. On the other hand, we know there are that many stupid whites. So, I guess I am wrong.

I’m hoping that too - it is a growing movement.
I tell ya another group the dems always count on, but may be a surprise is the hispanic vote. I know several hispanic immigrants (or children of such) who worked diligently to come here legally, did everything they were supposed to do, and who are absolutely ticked off that the administration is letting illegals just walk in.

They’ll keep voting for dems as long as dems can convince them that their vote is all that prevents “whitey” from putting them back in shackles, taking away the monthly check, and changing MLK Blvd. back to Elm Street.

Their culture of dependency as expressed at the ballot box is hardly a secret. In the end, they are just a shadow of what they could have been, surpassed by Latinos in numbers 10 years earlier than anticipated, so now even less people give a sh!t about them.
Dems better hope it doesn’t rain; that’s why they have to get all the absentee/early votes in. They know rain keeps their “fired-up” base home...
