INVASION USA Investigator's decapitation is 'message to White House'
WND ^ | 10/14/10 | Jerome R. Corsi

The decapitation of the lead Mexican investigator in the alleged murder of a jet-skier on a border lake is a sharp retort to President Obama's administration, a Texas congressman said.

"The Mexican drug cartels just sent a message to the White House that the United States no longer controls the border," Rep. Ted Poe, R-Texas, told WND.

The severed head of investigator Rolando Armando Flores Villegas was delivered this week to an army garrison in Ciudad Miguel Aleman in the Tamaulipas state in Mexico. The city is across the river from Zapata County, Texas, the location of Falcon Lake, where David Michael Hartley allegedly was killed by Mexican pirates while he was jet-skiing with his wife Tiffany.

Only last week, Tiffany Hartley met with Flores in Ciudad Miguel Aleman and reported that the investigator seemed to be working hard to find her husband, according to ABC News.

Poe told WND that Hartley's body is unlikely to be recovered.

So long as Obama sees more political power crossing the border than living near it, the border will remain a violent no-mans’ land.

The question: Will Obama fold in the face of narco-terrorists or only for Islamic terrorists? My bet is that he will say we can absorb a lot more of these murders, so long as it doesn’t interfere with his golfing.

That Mexico is violent, corrupt and out of control is not new. That it is becoming even worse is a tragedy. Sadly except for patrolling our own border better it is a Mexican problem. If we didn't give them an escape valve I think Mexico might be forced to confront it's own demons or collapse completely.

Tiffany Hartley met Villegas who was looking into the death of Mr. Hartley, and now Villegas is dead. I feel terrible for Mr. Villegas, but wonder if this is an additional burden to be born by Mrs. Harley. I can’t imagine the pain that she is going through from both deaths.

"Mexican law enforcement authorities do not control the lake – the pirates do," he said. Tons of illegal drugs are warehoused on that island by the drug cartels for smuggling into the United States and the pirates are well armed."

Target rich zone? Incoming! KABOOOOMMMM!

I am still torqued at all the people who were blaming the signifigant other....obviously the drug cartels would not murder the investigator if there was no crime.

We need to shut the border, deport all illegals, and end NAFTA. Its time to stop pussy-footing with the Mexican Drugocracy.

"The Mexican drug cartels just sent a message to the White House that the United States no longer controls the border,"

Doubtfull anyone at the White House will take this seriously. After all, it's Sheriff Joe they're really after and The State of Arizona. And they wonder why Americans want these idiots out of office ASAP!

The outsourcing of the population of Mexico to the USA is demanded by the Mexican President and we comply? That is simply unacceptable and asinine.

Parts of the USA are already "out of bounds" for Americans, and the feds posted the signs warning us while Janet Napolitano sits on her hands and does NOTHING to counter the drug cartels aggresively invading us. Then the rancher's death, now the investigator's death, and countless Americans killed daily by illegals. This is going to come to a tumultuous head and soon!!!!

Hypocritical Mexico is now building their own wall on border with Guatemala - press ignores

Shouldn't a DHS Secretary know that illegal immigration is a crime?

Snip:

The boss is all over an interview of Janet Napolitano on CNN this weekend, in which the Secretary of Homeland Security — the department that secures our borders — blithely asserts that illegal immigration is not a criminal offense.  No, really:

And yes, when we find illegal workers, yes, appropriate action, some of which is criminal, most of that is civil, because crossing the border is not a crime per se. It is civil. But anyway, going after those as well.

That makes perfect sense, except for a troubling entry in the actual penal code, as Julie Kirchner points out:

8 USC Sec. 1325

(a) Improper time or place; avoidance of examination or inspection; misrepresentation and concealment of facts

Any alien who (1) enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers, or (2) eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers, or (3) attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact, shall, for the first commission of any such  offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years

Corsi is absolutely right. For thise who do not think so, you can see videos of decapitations used by the Mexican Drug Lords to make their point on other issues:
