That is demonstrably false. The US only became the US one time. Spaniards had nothing to do with the founding of the US. Nothing. We continually fought with Spain and Spanish colonies...later, we absorbed areas that Spain had controlled.
Maybe we aren’t even the United States yet because Puerto Rico hasn’t achieved statehood?
So are you saying my children, whose ancestors never lived in the Country of Mexico, but were natives of the Western United States in New Mexico, Utah and Colorado should go “back” and that they are now interlopers in this country?
