Unbelievable. You have to see the interview, and you still won't believe it.

She accuses people who took out "liar loans", "adjustable rate loans", and any other loan of being "tricked."

When confronted with her husband's bank, she refuses to answer the question and accuses the interviewer of asking "back door" questions.

If she has her way, Congress will pass a "moratorium" - which means Democrats don't want to pay back their loans.

The male interviewer told her she cannot assume "fraud" in every transaction - and she told him they can't afford lawyers or can't accept the burden, and then blames the government (when she was the one who primarily pushed for "red lined" minority loans.

When she was further confronted, she blames banks more, and tells the interviews that they "better" hope something is done, or......else, I guess. Probably more shades of the riots she fueled as "Kerosene Maxine" a few years back.

Blaming banks and bankers seems to be the popular thing now. I have an acquaintance that charged a big portion of their child’s college education on their master charge card. When they realized what the minimum payment was and how many years it would take to pay it off they blamed George Bush, Dick Cheney and all the rich bankers. Now they are refusing to pay it off citing that they were tricked into using the card. What Waters said doesn’t surprise me.

A story was related to me where someone drove into DC to get “help” in saving their home from foreclosure. They were jerked around for a long while by whatever group it was then at one point, this couple was told to quickly grab a protest sign and was ushered outside with others who had also been waiting. A protest was staged.

The couple was told they had to do this if they wanted this group’s continued assistance. They didn’t know WHAT was going on but cooperated out of desperation.

Anyway, the last pic reminded me of that story which sounds entirely plausible to me.
