Blaming banks and bankers seems to be the popular thing now. I have an acquaintance that charged a big portion of their child’s college education on their master charge card. When they realized what the minimum payment was and how many years it would take to pay it off they blamed George Bush, Dick Cheney and all the rich bankers. Now they are refusing to pay it off citing that they were tricked into using the card. What Waters said doesn’t surprise me.

This is coming next, mark my words:

New Lame Duck Threat to Bailout Union Pensions - 10/08/2010 - Democrats in the Senate on Thursday held a recess hearing covering a taxpayer bailout of union pensions and a plan to seize private 401(k) plans to more "fairly" distribute taxpayer-funded pensions to everyone. Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa), Chairman of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee heard from hand-picked witnesses advocating the infamous "Guaranteed Retirement Account" (GRA) authored by Theresa Guilarducci.

They should be blaming the NEA and the Dept. of Education for their ignorance.
