Its quite remarkable to think about and unfortunately it is true.
Throughout the 2009 stimulus debate early in his term, President Barack Obama and other Democrats argue it was time to put America to work with the aid of the government and so-called shovel-ready jobs. But in a startling admission in an interview with The New York Times White House correspondent Peter Baker, Obama said theres no such thing as shovel-ready projects.
So after the American taxpayers were sold a stimulus bill that was supposed to repair the countrys ailing infrastructure and stem the rise in unemployment, the presidents economic policies havent lived up as advertised. On the Oct. 13 broadcast of Fox News Channels Special Report with Bret Baier, syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer offered a spot-on explanation.

There’s a lot of shoveling that goes on at Harvard, but what’s being shoveled won’t stimulate anything!
No Shoveling at Harvard Law School? Actually a different type of shoveling: shoveling elitist bullsh*t.
Well, he was shoveling a lot of crap....
And still is :)
I don’t really get why now the Dope in Chief is talking this way. It must be focus grouped that his admissions would bring the faithful back in the fold. I don’t believe he had a Come to Jesus moment. This is an angle somehow.
If we are talking about Obama at Harvard then it should be reasoned that he was very impressed by the building custodian there. Possibly a lover or a drug connection or both.
Mention “mop-ready jobs” and I bet Obama will get greatly excited!
No Shiite...
You’re right. The conversation went something like this:
“Ok, we got to do something.”
“Ok. What.”
“Ok. Call Michelle Bachmann a whore?”
“No. Been done with Brown in Cali.”
“Ok. Blame someone else?”
“No. No one else to blame. Fox is on the the fact that we are recycling people to blame now, so that’s out.”
“Hey, I got it! [finger snap] Let’s really throw them for a loop. You can actually ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG ABOUT SOMETHING! Hey don’t look at me like that, you don’t have to MEAN it. And, it can be something minor that puts the Pubs off guard, lets them feel they are winning some small victory. You know whenever they get confident they always say something stupid. It could work. What else are we going to do?”
“Ok I’ll do it. I can seem a little repentant, and that will make me seem more human. What else are we going to do? Hell we can try it. Harry is toast anyway to that looney woman and the whole damn thing’s gonna blow up anyway. I’m gonna go have a smoke. Have someone write that up.”
[It was something like that.]
Shoveler and Cheif
Democrat 2012 campaign slogan:
“Shovel-ready jobs for a hovel-ready America”
Perhaps they can find a blue dress with a stain on it, it worked before
Nice.
Thats good :) Here is mine
“Democrats mean well but don’t forget...The Road To Hell is
Paved with Good Intentions...”
When Obamao thinks economy, he thinks government. That’s his mistake, and he doesn’t know how to stop making it.
He will not last 4 years.
