No, I don't think so. One could argue that LT. Larkin gave an oath to the Constitution. Unless people like you get jobs as military justices, he should be found Innocent of all charges.

He also placed himself under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which takes a dim view of refusing to obey the orders of your superior officers, missing movement, and conduct unbecoming. As Lakin is about to find out.

Unless people like you get jobs as military justices, he should be found Innocent of all charges.

Which would be quite a feat since he's guilty as hell.
