"Conclusionary statement unsupported by the facts and lacking evidence."

Oh please! That describes the entire birther world view!

Being born in Hawaii and over 35 years old makes him qualified

Uh, wrong.

But can you cite me the criminal statute(s) violated by the Nuremburg defendants, in force and applicable to them, at the time they obeyed the orders in question?

That would be the London Charter of the International Military Tribunal. It defined the crimes that the German and Japanese could be tried for and the proceedings to be used.

Of course not. It’s called common sense.

I'm not sure advocating the mass murder of civilians, as you seem to be doing, qualifies as 'common sense'.

Um, if the Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land, and military officers are legally obligated to enforce it, then what is honorable about these ‘superior’ officers refusing to act upon such concerns?

So they're all dishonorable together, is that it?

"Being born in Hawaii and over 35 years old makes him qualified."

Bzzzzzzzzzztttttttttt. Wrong.

Being born in a state and being of age don't make one a "natural born citizen", no matter what State-Run-Media you listen to.

His parents were NOT U.S. Citizens at the time of his birth, and his "Certificate of Live Birth" was simply produced by Hawaii at the request of the parent....it doesn't mean he was BORN there at all...just that his Mother requested the document (supposedly, as with today's technology, any docement can be produced to pass as original). I won't even get into the lack of ANY documentation of his schooling, vacinations, etc. which are somehow SEALED to hide his whereabouts, attendance, funding sources for schooling, etc.

You have NO facts to bring to the table, obviously.

Go back to DU.

There is no indication that Obama is not a US citizen by birth.

Obama and his sycophant administration can't even give straight answers to a simple question. Tapper who questioned Axelrod where is Obama's long form birth certificate?

Jake Tapper from ABC: The long form [birth certificate]?

Axel Grease avoids the question coming down with instant amnesia.

Obama can't even prove he was born in the United States or prove he is a natural born citizen.

No, I don't think so. One could argue that LT. Larkin gave an oath to the Constitution.

He also placed himself under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, which takes a dim view of refusing to obey the orders of your superior officers, missing movement, and conduct unbecoming. As Lakin is about to find out.

Unless people like you get jobs as military justices, he should be found Innocent of all charges.

Which would be quite a feat since he's guilty as hell.

But isn't it wonderful of birthers to try to make everyone think so.

Yeah, and it's amazing to watch you consistently show up on these threads and defend the [your] pos in office.

It isn’t up to me to prove Obama was born in Hawaii. That has been accepted by every state, every Congressman, McCain, Palin, etc. It is up to the challenger - Lakin - to show Obama was NOT born in the USA and thus ineligible.

The courts are not detective agencies. I can’t accuse my neighbor of tax fraud, and then claim that I need to courts to turn over their financial records so I can prove the charge. It is up to ME to offer some evidence. It is that whole ‘innocent until proven guilty’ thing. Someone accusing someone else of fraud is expected to present evidence, not ask the courts to go looking for some.

So, if you have evidence, send it to Lakin’s new legal team. But I doubt you are about to mail a manila envelope stuffed with evidence to them...

You have NO facts to bring to the table, obviously.

That about sums up your entire post. The only thing you offered that wasn't total speculation was the citizenship of Obama's father. (His mother was a citizen at his birth.)

Amongst the hue and cry that the Constitution be followed, the 12th Amendment is conveniently forgotten. It says:

The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates and the votes shall then be counted.

The person having the greatest Number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed

Note that it does not say, “unless certain members of Free Republic think that the candidate be ineligible.” The time to make that challenge passed when the Electoral College cast their votes “Shall be President” is what the Constitution says and the Constitution is what we must respect. If it turns out that Mr. Obama was not elibible for that office, then he can and should be removed by a return of Articles of Impeachment, trial by the Senate, and conviction. Its the only way that it can be done. Lakin plays no role in that drama.

“Being born in a state and being of age don’t make one a “natural born citizen”, no matter what State-Run-Media you listen to.”

It isn’t the media that says so, but the Supreme Court.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/historics/USSC_CR_0169_0649_ZO.html

“His parents were NOT U.S. Citizens at the time of his birth...”

His mother undoubtedly was, although it doesn’t matter (see link above).

And a Hawaii birth certificate for someone born in Kenya would show Kenya as the birth place.

At this point, Obama doesn’t NEED to offer proof. Those making the accusation are required to offer proof.

Ever watch Perry Mason?

For example, in the Ruby Ridge killings, the defense didn’t even present a case. When the prosecution rested, the defense said it was so obvious that the prosecution had failed to prove its case that they had no need to present an argument. And they won.

Available for < $6 in hardback, used. Interesting book.
