White House Insiders Feel Shellshocked, And Already Think It's Over For Obama

The talk of the town for the next few days will be this big piece by Peter Baker in the NYT on President Obama. The piece paints a picture of a despondent administration:
Yet even if the White House saw it coming, this is an administration that feels shellshocked. Many officials worry, they say, that the best days of the Obama presidency are behind them. They talk about whether it is time to move on. While not in the 30s, Obama’s approval rating in surveys conducted by The New York Times and CBS News had fallen to 45 percent last month from 62 percent when he took office — just a point above where Clinton was before losing Congress in 1994 and three points above where Reagan was before the Republicans lost a couple dozen House seats in 1982.
Joel Benenson, Obama’s pollster, pointed out that even at 45 percent, the president’s popularity eclipses that of Congress, the news media, the banks and other forces in American life. “We are in a time when the American public is highly suspect of any institution,” he said, “and President Obama still stands above that.” Obama’s team takes pride that he has fulfilled three of the five major promises he laid out as pillars of his “new foundation” in an April 2009 speech at Georgetown University — health care, education reform and financial reregulation. And they point to decisions to end the combat mission in Iraq while escalating the war in Afghanistan. “History will judge Obama that the first two years were very productive,” Rouse says.

I find it politically reassuring the Obama administration is as clueless as ever. In spite of their denial, they do believe their own press. And they still fervently believe in their agenda.
Obama brings in a gaggle of presidential historians to explain the Tea Party to him. And the way the staff describes their version of bipartisanship after the November elections makes it clear they are still viewing the country from inside the DC bubble. Some minor compromises on the Dept of Education budget?
And they think they will have to run against Huckabee in 2012. They remain clueless.

Awesome truth about the pure rage growing among the American people. Only Kool Aid drinkers will be left very soon. The Imam has lifted the veil on the enemies within. The enemies within have been brainwashing and using propaganda in our public schools, colleges, and universities for decades. If anyone doubts my comment, I urge you to read your children’s curriculum, paperwork, and textbooks. I read my children’s school work back in 1980 and I was horrified. It was if I was living in the twilight zone. That was when I became active in exposing the Socialist Liberals in our schools.
We are at war for our survival as a free nation. Vote on November 2 and keep up the pressure through 2012. We owe it to future generations to defeat these enemies within the RAT party in every level of our government, state and federal.

My barber went on quite a rant yesterday. She works six days a week and is having a difficult time making ends meet. She is not very fond of the welfare people who sit on their asses 24/7 and have their checks deposited right into their debit account. Courtesy of all hardworking Americans.

Hopefully it is written under the light of a flickering bulb while waiting for execution of his sentence on death row, along with the rest of this administration.
Just watching 0bama these past few days on the campaign trail it seems he is becoming unhinged. His desperation is showing. It makes me wonder if his puppet master is ragging on him now about all the golf he has been playing..after all more than a round a week, and not tending to the communist plans for Amerika. Desperate men do desperate things and it would really be something if he proves do unstable that the democrats pull for his impeachment..that idea makes me grin.
Rush was saying that over the last year that obama has managed to have the time to play more golf than him.
