Spanish 'Equality Minister': Unborn Babies Aren't Human

MADRID, October 12, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) - According to Spanish Equality Minister Bibiana Aído, unborn human children are not human beings.

In response to a formal inquiry made on the subject of abortion by a Spanish parliamentarian, Aído said last week that "the Government cannot share in the affirmation that the interruption of a pregnancy is the elimination of the life of a human being."

"Having an abortion does not suppose that a human life is terminated, because there does not exist a unanimous opinion regarding the concept of a human being ... because 'human life' refers to a complex concept based on ideas or beliefs that are philosophical, moral, social, and ultimately, subject to opinions or personal preferences," added Aído.

Aído's statement was made in response to a question posed by Carlos Salvador of the Union of the People of Navarra (UPN) party, who was in turn responding to Aído's claim that "a country is not worthy if even one person is suffering mistreatment."

Salvador asked, "Do you or do you not consider the elimination of the life of an unborn human to be an act of mistreatment?" and also asked: "If the act of aborting involves the elimination of a human life, unique and unrepeatable, on what ethos do you base your argumentation for accepting, as a woman's right, the worst mistreatment that can be done to a human life, which is its elimination?" Aído's response was issued almost six months later.

Salvador says that he plans to "ask for explanations for this thesis," which he called “hallucinatory,” in a plenary session in the Spanish Parliament tomorrow.

Spain's government, which is currently led by the Spanish Socialist Worker's Party (PSOE) under Prime Minister José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, recently reformed the country's abortion law, permitting adolescents as young as 16 to obtain abortions for any reason, without their parents' consent. The law is seen as a contributing factor to the PSOE's plummeting approval rating. Recent polls have indicated that a substantial majority of Spaniards plan to vote against the party in this year's parliamentary elections.

Equality ministers are political animals. It is open season on political animals.

When the rules change, the rules change

So what is it about being "born" that constitutes becoming a "human being"? Breathing of air? Cutting of the umbilical?

Does this "equality" minister see birth as a welcoming ceremony into his elite club of "humanity"?

In his country, if a pregnant woman is shot and dies, do they charge the perp with one count of murder, or two?

Bibiana Aído might better be careful. Because the immoral match Bibiana Aído has struck may just be an inferno by the time Bibiana Aído is getting old and feeble and Bibiana Aído’s later day successor may surmise that Bibiana Aído is not a human being either.

“…’human life’ refers to a complex concept based on ideas or beliefs that are philosophical, moral, social, and ultimately, subject to opinions or personal preferences,” added Aído…”

Well then, the disabled, defective, mentally ill, criminals and a whole list of others can be classified as not complex enough to be considered for life.

Can you say Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Sanger…being the favorite standard of Liberals, Leftists, Progressives and Political Class who believe they are too smart and must be the sole arbiters of life.

"There does not exist a unanimous opinion regarding the concept of a Spanish Equality Minister being human."

I would imagine almost everyone on FR could agree on that, so Bibiana Aído, we have decide that your non-human life will be terminated at mignight this Thursday.

I always find it interesting that the progressive dead souls will tell us that the alive unborn child is not this or that, usually 'not yet human'. But if I state that I do not believe this Spanish legislator is human enough so I intend on shooting him or chopping him up into tiny bits of fish food, the whine will be 'there's a consensus that this man is huamn, so you cannot do that.' Of course, when Black PEOPLE were enslaved for utilitarian purposes, they too were by consensus considered not quite human enough.

Unless there is unequivocal rgant of status endowed by the Creator, then the consensus will waver according to whom is dictating the definitions, like this dead soul Spanish fool who disenfranchises ALL alive unborn human beings because it is utilitarian for the political agenda the bastard worships.

“Can you say Hitler”

The Bib is 33 years old, and a member of the “Spanish Socialist Workers Party”. So for all intents and purposes, she’s a national socialist- in other words, A NAZI!!!

And then the feeble elderly aren’t fully human, those who can’t speak aren’t fully human, those who are mentally disabled aren’t etc, then those who have a chronic illness aren’t etc, the list will increase more and more.

a human life is terminated, because there does not exist a unanimous opinion regarding the concept of a human being

This is the logical outcome of moral relativism.

Concise and precise analysis.

The minister is totally disconnected from reality because he has forgotten that once upon a time he was a conception, an embryo, and a fetus before entering the world as a newborn. Every person born went through these pre-birth stages of personhood. To say the stages are not human is just an excuse to deny life after birth to the unborn.

In his country, if a pregnant woman is shot and dies, do they charge the perp with one count of murder, or two?

Here again it is a case of some are more equal than others.

If you are Scott Peterson you are charged with murder in the first degree for the pregnant woman and murder in the second degree for the unborn child.

If you are a soldier of allah, such as Nidal Malik Hasan, hiding out in the US Army awaiting an opportunity to commit islamic jihad, then the unborn child of the pregnant woman who was murdered is never mentioned and he is only charged with massacring 13 people instead of 14.

Nothing of importance should ever depend upon the consensus between humans and a mental cur like Bibiana. She isn’t human.

Nobody’s yet remarked on the brutal irony of an “Equality Minister” endorsing the ultimate inequality, by stating flatly that one class of humans may be killed at the whim of other humans.

All the socialists are real bold when they can hide behind a government believing they are exempt from their grand policies.

And when war or others come for them, they cry foul because they are just doing what society wishes or needs to maintain their Statism. Europe has done this twice previously in the last 100 years. This is being driven by political corruption, plus a political class willing to undermine whole publics through deconstructing language, education, reasoning, sanctity of life, inalienable rights through junk science and fear mongering. Perpetually convincing people of the big lie whereby they give up their personal responsibilities for simple benefits and security.
