I am voting for Palin in the primaries but fear we will be saddled with Romney or Huckabee.

One thing for certain, there3 will be a large number of disaffected FReepers and many threats to sit this one out as a result.

I can see a split GOP nomination thqat will lead to Obumbles re-election. I am not usually a pessimist but have seen nothing but a (R) party divided.

Palin would utterly destroy Obama in a full-blown presidential campaign.

This is simply more evidence of the abject fear that the Marxist Left has of Sarah. They are ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED!

A non-threat would be summarily dismissed. Sarah is an obvious threat, so the Loony Left has to reassure everyone that she's no threat, in hopes of people dismissing her.

Bring it on. Now that this Tyrant in the White House has been exposed for the cancerous, corrosive Marxist which he truly is, he will be DESTROYED by any halfway-decent Republican candidate.

Obama is worse than another Carter, and most Americans will not change their mind on that. Maybe booting Biden from the ticket in 2012 in lieu of Hillary will help.

And if all else fails and Tyranny prevails, then the ballot box might need to be replaced by its alternative, the cartridge box.

Methinks the Tree of Liberty is very very thirsty, and the more the Collectivist Authoritarians try to subvert the Constitution, the more blood will be necessary to refresh it. Hopefully, the blood will be primarily that of Tyrants, but I doubt it.

This is an unhelpful distraction from the current election cycle.

Fortunately, Sarah, there should be several adequate candidates stepping forward. Carry on with your TV career.

pissant, there are lots of "adequate" potential candidates out there who we could nominate. Adequate isn't going to cut it if the objectives of the tea party movement are to be realized. These times call for an exceptional candidate and I don't see another in the class of Palin. Washington DC needs to be turned upside down and inside out. All the other talked about candidates are not up to that job.

I head Duncan Hunter was up to .009 percent support.

Also, DeMint runs at about 7%...so is he out of contention too??

” this Bloomberg poll is the ONLY poll showing the Dems with a +2 lead over the GOP in the race for congress 42-40. The internals of the poll arent being published making the poll suspect.”

“Pissant possesses a disturbing and consuming hatred for Sarah Palin. So much so that it effects Pissant’s reasoning.”

What makes you think is is consuming hatred? How about good sense?

No one “hates” Sarah. It is just she is not the one to lead the country in all its finite intricacies especially since she seems to like the UN.

Hunter and DeMint have all the appeal of uncooked white rice.
Been there, done that with Hunter...EPIC FAIL.

“Same reason you guys post polls showing Palin beating whomever. You are fighting mightily for her coronation. I’m fighting for conservatives.”

You might get away with that if you weren’t now making threads about Bristol Palin. She only wants to be the top dancer on a tv show. But, that seems to have you possessed as well.

Get help, pissy.

I have yet to hear Palin tell us of a single department or agency she would eliminate. I’ve heard her views on amnesty and they are manifestly bad. I’ve seen her letter begging congress to pass the sovereignty usurping LOST. I’ve seen her raise taxes on the oil companies in Alaska. I’ve seen her cheerlead for the crap sammich called TARP and criticize conservatives who opposed it. I’ve seen her endorse a number of RINOs this election cycle. I see her use buzz words phrases like “common sense conservative solutions” w/o telling us what they mean or why conservatism needs meaningless adjectives to describe it. I’ve seen her call herself a feminist. I’ve seen her tell America that she supports carbon caps as well as tell us that global warming is “real” and we need to “do something about it”. And I’ve seen her supporters pretend that none of this matters.

Sorry, but I’ll be supporting the staunch conservatives who enter the race, regardless of celebrity status.

Can you provide, with links, the departments or agencies that Duncan Hunter proposed to eliminate when he ran for president in 2008?

“Bloomberg poll? Bloomberg is another stooge for Hussein’s bosses the Saudis. They own TV - the six USA TV networks, DC and loads of politicians.”

Bloomberg is also in bed with the Moozie’s in UAE with the development of Sharia software. He stands to make billions on the deal. I don’t have a link.

I’m really starting to agree with that. I was giving the benefit of a doubt, but I’m starting to suspect he’s not at all.
