The Acts 15 restrictions were general categories for Gentiles broadly apply.
Sexual immorality = all forms
Meat to Idols = any participation in idol worship
blood = all health and cruelty issues relating to blood
strangled = all non-supervised killings for food purposes
And, of course, no circumcision requirement.
This is my take on the Jerusalem Council, but I think it’s logical.
That's why I suspect the Acts 15 council was not attempting to give a comprehensive list of commands, but rather a set of injunctions targeted at removing Gentiles from idolatrous practices.
Btw, what exactly do you mean by, "all non-supervised killings for food purposes"? Who is supposed to be supervising the meat industry? (Obviously, you're not thinking rabbinic supervision.)
Shalom.
